1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging, invoice, and accessories.

2. Refund Request Timeline

  • Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Requests after this period will not be entertained.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us with:

  • A clear reason for the refund

  • Photo or video evidence (in case of damage or defect)

4. Refund Process

  • Once we verify the issue and approve your request, we will process the refund.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without valid reason.

  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

  • Items that fall under manufacturer warranty must be claimed directly with the brand.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side (wrong/damaged product).

7. Product Exchange (Optional)

If preferred, we can offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
